- Same-Day Returns: A full refund may be granted only if the product is returned on the same day (in-store) of purchase, in its original, untampered packaging.
- No Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds. Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to the conditions below.

- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with no tampering or signs of wear.
- Products that were not originally sealed are non-returnable and may be subject to our discretion.
- Items that have been opened, worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Approval Required: All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved. Please contact our customer service team with photos if necessary before sending any item back.
