1. Where are you located?

We are based in Canada and offer both in-store services and online product sales. Visit our Contact page for full address and hours.

2. Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, at this time we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international or air shipping.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $85 before tax qualify for free shipping within Saskatoon and discounted shipping via Canada Post.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–10 business days after processing depending on your location.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?

We do not offer refunds, but you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit if the product is unopened and returned in its original condition. Same-day returns in–store may be eligible for a refund. See our Return Policy for full details.

6. Can I return opened products?

No, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered products. Products that were not originally sealed are non-returnable and may be subject to our discretion.

7. What kind of products do you sell?

We carry a wide range of beauty products including braiding hair, weaves, wigs, styling tools, edge control, salon supplies, and more.

8. What services do you offer in-store?

Our salon offers styling services for all hair textures, including braiding, sew-in, dreadlocks, sister locs, as well as lash extensions, waxing, brow threading, and nail services—all with short wait times. You can book an appointment online or in person.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, both online and in-store.
